Wanted to play around with Renderman and the PxrMarschnerHair shader. The lock of hair model above was downloaded from the Renderman docs, and I experimented with their shader & the PxrHairColor pattern to create a blonde hair material.
I made the furry donut to experiment more with xgen and hair with Renderman - I'm trying to create a physically accurate duckling fur color. I am trying to avoid making my colors too warm or saturated, but they are definitely missing some warmth at the moment in their shadows - possibly a result of the cooler outdoor lighting scenario, however.
